Murphy, our beloved Staffordshire terrier/boxer mix, is not just a pet; he’s a cherished member of our family. At five years old, he embodies sweetness and love like no other dog we’ve ever encountered.
Adoption Story
We adopted Murphy from the Cowlitz County Animal Shelter in Longview, Washington. Since joining our family, he has formed an unbreakable bond with my husband, Brian. Whenever Brian is around, Murphy sticks by his side; if not, he seeks comfort from me. This loyal pup hates being alone!
Murphy’s Quirky Personality
While Murphy may dislike deer, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, and even the UPS man—he is incredibly gentle with humans he meets up close. His playful quirks bring joy to our lives:
- He stomps his front feet when excited.
- After drinking water, he shakes vigorously.
- He believes that the TV is a big window and loves to watch it intently.
With his tail always wagging and infectious happiness radiating from him, Murphy brings immense joy into our home.
